A leading environmental consultancy is looking for an Assistant Ecologist to join its team in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career ecologist to gain practical experience across a range of projects in the region.
About the Role
As an Assistant Ecologist, you will support senior team members with:
- Field surveys - including habitat and protected species assessments
- Ecological reporting - assisting with data analysis and report writing
- Biodiversity enhancement - contributing to conservation initiatives
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 2-3 Seasons of experience in ecological surveying (report writing experience is a plus)
- CIEEM Membership
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
