The Collective Network Agency is seeking a dynamic Brand Project Manager on behalf of an established and innovative FMCG brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead exciting marketing projects and drive brand success in a fast-paced environment.



The Role


As a Brand Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end marketing project execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery. You will be instrumental in launching new products, leading brand innovation, and executing promotional campaigns across multiple well-known consumer brands.



Key Responsibilities


  • Drive the execution of brand marketing projects, including product launches, innovation, and promotional activities.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Lead weekly project meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication among stakeholders.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Manage project scope adjustments and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Conduct post-project analysis to drive continuous improvement.


Who You Are


  • A proven Project Manager with experience in marketing and brand development.

  • Background in FMCG or food production is desirable but not essential.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

  • Proficiency in project management tools.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in managing change, transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
