The Collective Network Agency is seeking a dynamic Brand Project Manager on behalf of an established and innovative FMCG brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead exciting marketing projects and drive brand success in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Brand Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end marketing project execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery. You will be instrumental in launching new products, leading brand innovation, and executing promotional campaigns across multiple well-known consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the execution of brand marketing projects, including product launches, innovation, and promotional activities.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Lead weekly project meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Manage project scope adjustments and resolve issues as they arise.
Conduct post-project analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Who You Are
A proven Project Manager with experience in marketing and brand development.
Background in FMCG or food production is desirable but not essential.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing change, transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
