The Role:
As Senior Brand Manager, you'll take full ownership of two key brands, driving brand growth, profitability, and innovation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work cross-functionally with category, sales, and NPD teams to develop winning strategies. This is a high-impact role, perfect for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on brand-building, problem-solving, and making a tangible difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the brand relaunch, including recipe and packaging changes, brand refresh, and channel strategy.
- Develop and execute annual brand plans using consumer insights, market data, and pricing strategy.
- Oversee brand performance, tracking key metrics, analysing data, and optimising profitability.
- Drive innovation, building a 24-month NPD pipeline and shaping an innovative new operation to bring ingredient processing in-house.
- Manage PR & social media campaigns to elevate brand presence and engagement.
- Be the face of the brand, presenting plans to key retailers.
Who You Are:
- Experience in FMCG brand management, ideally in food.
- A strategic, commercially driven brand marketer.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-focused mindset.
