The Role:

As Senior Brand Manager, you'll take full ownership of two key brands, driving brand growth, profitability, and innovation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work cross-functionally with category, sales, and NPD teams to develop winning strategies. This is a high-impact role, perfect for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on brand-building, problem-solving, and making a tangible difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand relaunch, including recipe and packaging changes, brand refresh, and channel strategy.
  • Develop and execute annual brand plans using consumer insights, market data, and pricing strategy.
  • Oversee brand performance, tracking key metrics, analysing data, and optimising profitability.
  • Drive innovation, building a 24-month NPD pipeline and shaping an innovative new operation to bring ingredient processing in-house.
  • Manage PR & social media campaigns to elevate brand presence and engagement.
  • Be the face of the brand, presenting plans to key retailers.

Who You Are:

  • Experience in FMCG brand management, ideally in food.
  • A strategic, commercially driven brand marketer.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-focused mindset.
