 Reed Scientific is seeking a Quality Specialist, who will be pivotal in ensuring the safety and quality of our client’s products through rigorous inspections, implementation of quality control measures, and identification of improvement areas in our processes. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Update and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements.
  • Conduct internal audits adhering to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001 standards.
  • Review and update current specifications and quality documentation.
  • Monitor quality metrics, work with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction through product quality improvements.
  • Address technical issues promptly, recommend fixes, and prepare reports on defects and corrective and preventative actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Science or technical subject area
  • Experience as a trained internal auditor with hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies within a scientific/medical devices company.
  • Proficient in technical documentation and quality improvement techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in statistical analysis.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of delivering results within tight deadlines and budgets.
