The Opportunity
Ford & Stanley Talentwise are looking for a Maintenance Technician to work at a globally recognised rail business, at one of their strategically located sites in Cambridge.
Our client is looking for a multiskilled technician who will complete reactive and preventative maintenance on the rail facility and internal machinery, enabling the business to increase their workload capacity operationally.

Salary: £44,(Apply online only) > £51,(Apply online only)
Shifts: Working afternoon shifts, averaging 35 hours per weekÂ
1 week per month will be on call
Role and Responsibilities
Technicians are required to complete fault finding and planned preventative maintenance, to ensure the facility can operate and ensure guests can enjoy their day out
- Follow electrical schematics to ensure components are installed / maintained correctly
- Ensure planned preventative maintenance is completed in accordance with timescales
- Complete fault finding to ensure machines are running correctly and safely
- Confident and able in working from heights (full training provided)
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have vast experience within site maintenance in an FMCG or manufacturing background.

Essential
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) minimum qualification in an electrical discipline
- Site maintenance experience
- Able to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematic diagrams
- Must be able to pass a rail standard medical and drug + alcohol exam
