The HireWorks are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to work for an excellent company based in North Cambridge.
They’re ideally looking for someone with previous experience working within the property sector, however it wouldn’t be a deal breaker for someone coming from a different industry.
Typical duties include:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team.
- Monitor job tickets and work due to be completed by the department.
- Manage external contractors for quality and efficiency.
- Preparing tender specifications
- Drive continuous improvement to optimize operations.
The successful candidate:
- Proven experience working in a similar management level position.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
