Administrator required for this business centre located on the outskirts of Cambridge.You will handle sales enquiries, carry out viewings and actively seek out opportunities.   Salary: £27-28,000paHours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pmThere will be a requirement to support evening events at the Centre - you will be paid overtime for thisPermanent roleYour main duties/responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients/visits in a friendly manner
  • Handle complaints with courtesy
  • Assist colleagues in the delivery of outstanding client care
  • Enter new leads into their database
  • Carry out viewings in the Centre Manager's absence
  • Work in accordance with external event organisers to make event bookings
  • Ensure all calls are answered efficiently
  • Ensure that incoming/outgoing post are given to the appropriate client
  • Report any maintenance issues
  • Monitor stationery/catering stock levels
  • Manage bookings, administering and invoicing for meeting rooms
  • General administration
Your skills/experience:
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • Experience of working within an admin capacity
  • Organised and efficient
