- Welcome clients/visits in a friendly manner
- Handle complaints with courtesy
- Assist colleagues in the delivery of outstanding client care
- Enter new leads into their database
- Carry out viewings in the Centre Manager's absence
- Work in accordance with external event organisers to make event bookings
- Ensure all calls are answered efficiently
- Ensure that incoming/outgoing post are given to the appropriate client
- Report any maintenance issues
- Monitor stationery/catering stock levels
- Manage bookings, administering and invoicing for meeting rooms
- General administration
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Experience of working within an admin capacity
- Organised and efficient
