Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head and Sous Chef in preparing high-quality dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your workstation, adhering to food safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Assist with mentoring junior members of the team, ensuring meeting our quality of standards
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
- Excellent communications skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
