Does your experience span across Marketing and Business Development? Have you worked within the professional services or Real Estates industry training and supporting the development of your peers?I am working with a well known multidisciplinary business in Cambridge looking to grow their business development and marketing team, based in Cambridge. In this role, you will play a crucial part in training internal fee earners and collaborating with the business development team to enhance market presence.To be successful in this role you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Providing training and guidance to internal fee earners on effective sales and marketing techniques.
  • Collaborating closely with the business development team to identify opportunities for growth and client engagement.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Working closely to deliver the group business plan, ensuring it is implemented and driven forwards whilst actively working with marketing specialists within the team to support the delivery of marketing activity in support of the business plan
Skills and requirements for the role:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in a multidisciplinary business environment.
  • Strong leadership and training skills to coach internal fee earners.
  • Excellent understanding of business development strategies and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
