I am currently recruiting for a prestigious organisation based in Central Cambridge. They are looking for a highly organised, personable and efficient Business Development Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Typical duties include:

  • Managing incoming events enquiries and arranging on-site visits
  • Respond to customer enquiries quickly and efficiently
  • New business development activities to increase conference and events sales
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing campaigns
  • Any other adhoc duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within sales and event management essential
  • Strong communications skills
  • Exceptional organisation and planning ability
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Educated to GCSE level with sales training
  • Confident with IT including CRM systems
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude
