My client is a well know car dealership with various sites around the country. They have a fantastic opportunity for a well experienced sales manager, to join their growing company who are passionate about our its heritage, its future, their loyal customers, and valued employees. They believe in embracing the potential of the business in a positive and objective way.



The successful candidate MUST have the below:

· Previous relevant experience required in sales management in the motor trade industry

· Good communication skills

· Customer facing experience required

· Good attention to detail

· Full UK driving licence required



Key Role Responsibilities:

· As a Head of Sales, you will be an integral member of the Management Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Being a champion of every customer interaction; ensuring that every sales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by your team, and in a manner that focusses on the Vindis Sales Experience.

· Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives, including: sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, loyalty levels and others, and to reconsider and redirect strategy in light of any of these objectives not being achieved.

· Analysing the vast array of data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions to change the direction of, or an operation within, your department, for the benefit of delivering an outstanding result.

· Ensuring that all employees have clear objectives that are intrinsically linked to those of the wider department and business.

· Maintaining a consultative and supporting working environment for employees within your business area.

· Championing the effective and accurate usage, and compliance with, all systems and processes
