Your Day-to-Day:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Multi-Channel Management: Oversee direct marketing, PPC, advertising, email, PR, social media, SEO, events, telemarketing, lead management, and more.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team including a Graphic Designer, Web & Digital Marketing Executive, and Marketing and Events Apprentice.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and report on campaign performance to ensure excellent ROI and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Engage with key departmental representatives for effective account management.
  • Customer Experience Champion: Enhance the customer journey through high-performing nurture and conversion programmes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital and social media marketing, website optimisation, and SEO.
  • Project Management: Experience in website development project delivery/management.
  • Creative Vision: A track record of innovative and creative marketing approaches.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing a varied marketing and communications function.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to develop integrated marketing plans and evaluate outcomes against KPIs.
  • Flexibility: Availability to attend events outside normal working hours/days and travel to events in the region.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, leadership, organisation, and planning skills.
