Reed Business Support in Cambridge are supporting a market leader in the design, development, manufacture and supply of human machine interfaces, membrane keypads, flexi circuits, graphic overlays, labels and a diverse range of products associated with the printed graphics industry.  They are on the lookout for a passionate and highly motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a positive energy, resilience and an unwavering drive to succeed. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of their company, committed to delivering industry-leading customer service and driving sales through a variety of channels.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Engage with customers through a mix of on-site visits and telephone calls to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, setting the benchmark for the industry.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, actively contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date diary system to manage customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Present a monthly sales report to management, highlighting achievements and areas for growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Pro-active and self-motivated attitude with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, with a history of year-on-year increases.
  • Background in sales within screen print or related market sectors is highly desirable.
  • Polished professional with a hunger for success and a confident, outgoing and resilient personality.
  • Professional and intelligent approach to work, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a targeted environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Full UK Driving License held for a minimum of 3 years.
