- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective participants, using consultative selling techniques to convert leads into enrolments.
- Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring ambitious participant and revenue targets are met.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to identify opportunities, refine programme offerings, and plan targeted promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional events to attract high-quality participants.
- Represent flagship programmes online, showcasing their distinctive value proposition.
- Develop and roll out new Open Programmes within the Flagship Pod, overseeing all aspects from development to delivery.
- Lead continuous programme improvements, collaborating with faculty and other key stakeholders to enhance participant satisfaction.
- Ensure programmes meet excellence criteria, remaining in line with the organisation's vision and FT rankings strategy.
- Build strong relationships with clients, faculty, and internal teams, ensuring the programmes meet or exceed expectations.
- Liaise with faculty to ensure smooth delivery and provide insights into participant profiles.
- Maintain relationships with alumni and develop long-term engagement strategies.
- Lead and manage the Flagship Pod, providing mentorship and clear direction to your team.
- Monitor progress, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
- Ensure high standards of programme delivery and consistent excellence across all Flagship Pod programmes.
- Maintain oversight of administrative tasks, ensuring that all programme information is up to date in the CRM system.
- Implement risk management strategies to ensure smooth programme delivery and compliance with financial and data protection regulations.
- Report on sales performance, ensuring progress toward departmental objectives.
- A degree, postgraduate degree, MBA, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive business development experience, including consultative selling, senior-level customer relationship management, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a proven track record of driving programme development and achieving sales goals.
- Experience managing executive education programmes is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
