I am currently looking for a Freelance Project Surveyor for a valued client of ours in Cambridgeshire.
Possible to proceed outside IR35, depending on the candidate.
My client is a main contractor specialising in delivering interior fit-out and refurbishment projects within London and the home counties.
They have been delivering high-quality projects for nearly 30 years across multiple sectors, with most projects focused on office fit-outs or refurbishments ranging from 75,000 to 100,000 sqft.
They are seeking a commercially minded individual with a strong background in similar commercial projects to oversee multiple office refurbishment and fit-out projects in the Cambridgeshire region.
Projects can range from 5-15m in build cost and are typically under a JCT form of contract. These will require strong organisation and someone who can successfully deal with early stage procurement and package management through to final accounts.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have over 3 years of experience in commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Degree Qualified in quantity surveying or equivalent
- Have experience working with a Tier 2 contractor
