Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Engagement: Conduct outbound communications with prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and build relationships.
  • Lead Nurturing: Address inquiries from prospects, provide relevant information, and develop leads into potential sales opportunities.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to understand target markets and align on lead strategy.
  • Lead Management: Respond to incoming leads promptly, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and assigned to the appropriate account managers in a timely manner.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and prospecting activities to identify potential opportunities in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep the CRM system updated with accurate lead and prospect information, ensuring a clean and organised database.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify and address bottlenecks in lead generation and nurturing processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Solution Technical Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's solutions and industry applications, including product offerings, services and messaging to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of prospecting work through reporting and dashboards, contributing to informed decision-making.
Experience required: Entry-level candidates with no or limited sales experience are welcome to apply as training and mentoring will be provided. Unfortunately sponsorship is not eligible for this vacancy only candidates with proven right to work in the UK will be considered.
