Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion

  • Oversee design development, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with project briefs

  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery

  • Support the development of junior team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing

  • Take a hands-on approach to technical detailing, coordination, and problem-solving

  • Ensure projects align with Building Regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability goals

  • Play a key role in business development, helping to secure new projects through bids and presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years UK project experience

  • Proven experience in leading and managing medium to large-scale projects

  • Proficiency in Revit essential and experience working in a BIM environment

  • A strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards

  • Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, science & research, or leisure is desirable

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with clients.
