Are you an experienced Change & Engagement Manager looking for an opportunity to lead transformational initiatives within a complex and dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly motivated professional to drive change adoption, engagement, and communication strategies as part of a Finance Transformation Programme.
The Role
As a Change & Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of transformation initiatives by supporting people through change. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to implement change management strategies that enhance adoption, minimise resistance, and maximise business benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Strategy & Execution: Assess change impacts, develop strategies, and implement plans covering communications, training, leadership engagement, and resistance management.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance and support to drive change across teams.
- Communication & Engagement: Develop and deliver high-quality, compelling communication strategies that engage employees and promote new ways of working.
- Training & Capacity Building: Support capability development through workshops, best practice sharing, and mentoring.
- Performance Monitoring: Define success metrics, track progress, and report on change adoption.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives in large-scale, complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR, APMG).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience delivering internal communication strategies.
- A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within Finance or Business Transformation programmes is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification (preferably in Communications, Business, or a related field).
- Formal Change Management qualification (e.g. APMG Practitioner, PROSCI) is desirable.
