Electrical Site Manager - Cambridge - Commercial Projects聽
One of the regions leading M&E Building Services companies, with a portfolio of blue-chip projects for clients across the East of England are currently recruiting for an Electrical Site Manager to work on projects up to the value of 拢5M across East Anglia and Essex.
They offer a comprehensive electrical and mechanical installation service across many sectors including Healthcare, Education, R&D and commercial projects. As the Electrical Site Manager, you will be setting objectives and managing the quality of the installation by the site team, including sub-contractors and directly employed labour and show ability to liaise with Main Contractors.As the Electrical Site Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:路 Assign tasks to Electrical Charge hand/Foreman with supervisory responsibilities and other operatives under their direct control.路 Ensuring compliance with specification and contract documentation.路 Inspect, control and review progress of work by sub-contractors.路 Measure and record progress of work.路 Provide information of cost variation investigations.路 Forecast labour requirements.路 Organise, supervise and record testing and commissioning procedure and/or inspections throughout progress of project路 Attend Site/client meetings. Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:路 Have hands on ability- preferably Time Served / NVQ qualified.路 Computer literate individual who is able to order materials and basic plant via emails.路 Overall knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of electrical systems and their installation methods.路 Good people management and motivational skills.路 The ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines.路 Day to day problem solving and answering/ resolving any technical queries.
