Our client, a multi-disciplinary Consultancy based in Cambridge, are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join them, due to continued growth with a strong pipeline of work in place. The Graduate Building Surveyor will be working on providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of all types of residential and commercial property to carry out building and measured surveys. They offer a range of services including; Civil & Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, Cost Consultancy, Architecture & Planning, Insurance Claims and Expert Witness.

- Salary: £25k - £30k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Overview
- Working for a large multi-disciplinary consultancy
- Covering all aspects of Building Surveying
- Working with the Surveying team to inspect and provide advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of all types of buildings and sites.
- Completing a range of building surveying duties
- Inspections to involve acquisition surveys, condition reports, measured surveys and defect investigations.
Graduate Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- Hold or close to completing a degree in building surveying or similar
- Based within commuting distance of Cambridge
- Presentable and professional
- Seeking a long-term career move
- Full driving licence
