You will handle sales enquiries, carry out viewings and actively seek out opportunities.
Salary: 27-28,000pa
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
There will be a requirement to support evening events at the Centre - you will be paid overtime for this
Permanent role
Your main duties/responsibilities:
- Welcome clients/visits in a friendly manner
- Handle complaints with courtesy
- Assist colleagues in the delivery of outstanding client care
- Enter new leads into their database
- Carry out viewings in the Centre Manager's absence
- Work in accordance with external event organisers to make event bookings
- Ensure all calls are answered efficiently
- Ensure that incoming/outgoing post are given to the appropriate client
- Report any maintenance issues
- Monitor stationery/catering stock levels
- Manage bookings, administering and invoicing for meeting rooms
- General administration
Your skills/experience:
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Experience of working within an admin capacity
- Organised and efficient
