A leadingMSP in North East Cambridge who deliver expert legal and professional services with a client-focused approach, providing strategic insight and tailored solutions across industries are looking for a Business Development Manager due to a restructure across the business. Working with a database of warm leads you will drive customer acquisition through account based marketing and trust transfer strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies to target high-value prospects.
- Build and maintain trust with prospects using trust-transfer techniques.
- Create tailored marketing campaigns to address customer pain points.
- Identify, qualify, and engage key decision-makers within target businesses.
- Collaborate with technical teams to showcase IT solutions, including cybersecurity, cloud services, and infrastructure.
- Manage the sales pipeline, progressing prospects to successful conversion.
- Strong knowledge of theMSP/IT B2B technologysector andMicrosoft ecosystem.
- 5+ years in a Business Development role, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, GA4, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
