About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Credit Control Manager to oversee and optimize our credit control operations. You will lead a small team of two direct reports, ensuring efficient credit management, cash collection, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
? Oversee the credit control function, ensuring timely collections and minimizing risk exposure
? Manage and develop a team of two direct reports, providing guidance and support
? Drive process improvements and enhance credit control strategies
? Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
? Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance and sales teams
? Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
?? Proven experience in credit control and team management
?? Strong SAP experience (S/4HANA experience is highly desirable)
?? Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
?? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
