Robert Half Cambridge is looking for an Interim Credit Controller to join one of our clients based North of Cambridge.

This is a full time position requiring someone to be in the office 5 days a week and start as soon as possible.

For the right candidate there could be a permanent position available following the temporary period.

Our client are looking to pay in the region of £15 per hour.

Main Duties:

Posting sales invoices, issuing credit notes and refunds
Dealing with customer queries and liaising with the sales team
Customer account reconciliations
Shared accounts inbox management
Chasing aged debt
Supporting wider team with coaching and guidance

Attributes:

Previous experience in a similar role
AAT qualified/studying or qualified by experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Self starter
