Description
- Manage debt recovery processes effectively and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure prompt and accurate client invoicing
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve financial objectives
- Prepare regular reports on debt status
- Resolve billing disputes and negotiate payment plans when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities

Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Solid knowledge of credit control principles and practices
