Our client is looking to appoint a Customer Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual that has previous Customer Service or Sales experience.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Answering phonecalls
- Bookings – email, walk ins
- Service History
- Email queries from service inbox
- Guest list
- Pre calls
- Owning customer waiting areas upstairs & downstairs - hosting
- Provide an easy and enjoyable client (customer) experience (internal and external), each and every time.
- Champion and maintain a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the department’s clients are delivered upon.
- Ensure business practices are in place that make your area an “easy one to do business with”.
- Liaise with all internal and external clients and candidates in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate effectively as part of the Front of House Team and wider business network

A background in the auto industry would be an advantage
You will ideally have experience in a customer facing role.
