A long term client of ours has asked us to search for a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly team. This role is based in the office and offers the chance to work within a fantastic team of people.Main duties will include:
- Speaking with event participants
- Outbound calls to customers
- Sending and replying to emails
- Adding data to the CRM system
- Administrative duties as required
The successful candidate will have:
- Good relationship building skills
- A good telephone manner
- IT proficiency
- The desire to work within a small office team
