Our client who are a leading M&E Contractorare seekinga detail-oriented Document Controller for a large scale project to go between their Cambrige office and site. You'll manage project documentation using a range of software including: 4 Projects, Aconex, SharePoint, Asite, Conject, and ViewPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Organise, upload, and categorise documents.
- Collaborate with teams, clients, and subcontractors for timely document submission and approval.
- Monitor workflows, track revisions, and maintain registers.
- Provide training and support on document control and software usage.
- Generate reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Previousexperience as a Document Controller in construction/engineering.
- Proficient in 4 Projects, Sharepoint, Asite, Aconex, Conject, and ViewPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of document control standards and regulations.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office.
