Our client, a medium sized Housing Association in Cambridgeshire, is looking for an experienced Housing Development Consultant to oversee a number of new housing development projects.
- Oversee all designated development projects, from concept to completion.
- Manage project appraisals, budgets, and project timelines, risk analysis.
- Maintain robust partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to design teams, funders, sales /after-sales teams.
- Prepare & deliver monthly reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
You will need:
- Expertise in development management or development consultancy, spanning various asset categories, with a particular focus on residential projects.
- A strong understanding of commercial principles and financial management.
- Ability to prepare and understand development appraisals.
