We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Social Housing Electrician to work for a large social housing contractor. As a Social Housing Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in social housing properties. You will work closely with our maintenance team to provide efficient and effective electrical services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in social housing properties.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in a timely manner.
  3. Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
  4. Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete work orders.
  5. Inspect and test electrical systems to identify and address potential hazards.
  6. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Social Housing Electrician or a similar role.
