Job Role: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Unit 7, CC7, 8 Clifton Ct, Clifton Rd, Cambridge CB1 7BN

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the induction.

Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential

Hours & Contract: Full time 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday and permanent

What is the role?

Our Cambridge office is expanding, and we want you to be part of our journey! You'll be covering the Business Support and Commercial market across Cambridge and the surrounding area, handling permanent, and contract recruitment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Energetic Business Development: Make proactive calls to prospective clients and attend networking events to build long-term partnerships.
  • Client Meetings: Travel to meet clients, understand their unique needs, and offer bespoke recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use advertising, networking, and referrals to find the perfect match.
  • Relationship Building: Ensure candidates and clients receive top-notch service and support throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Goal-Oriented Performance: Meet targets, adhere to KPIs, and track your achievements.
