Talent Acquisition Specialist £40,000-£55,000Cambridge - hybrid3 days in the office/2 days wfhTHE COMPANY: Our client is an expert pharmaceutical company, who is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, on a full time permanent basis.THE ROLE:
  • Strategise and Lead Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals, enhancing employer branding to attract top talent.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee recruitment processes for the UK and US, from role briefing to offer stage, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Proactive Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles through diverse channels like LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Process Optimisation and Performance Tracking: Refine recruitment tools and processes (e.g., Greenhouse ATS) and monitor key hiring metrics to drive improvements.
  • Collaborative Hiring Partnership: Partner with hiring managers to craft job requirements, create job adverts, and design customised sourcing strategies.
THE PERSON:
  • Extensive Talent Acquisition Expertise: Proven experience in recruitment within fast-growing, international settings, with strong knowledge of end-to-end hiring best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Exceptional skills in partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers, effectively managing stakeholders, and influencing decisions.
  • Versatile Recruitment Skills: Experience recruiting across diverse roles (commercial, specialist, operational), with strong sourcing abilities to engage passive candidates.
  • Data-Driven & Process-Oriented: Skilled in tracking and analysing hiring metrics, with the ability to autonomously build and refine recruitment processes.
  • Passion for Candidate Experience: Committed to enhancing employer branding and delivering outstanding candidate experiences, with familiarity in UK and US recruitment practices.
