I am currently recruiting for a prestigious organisation based in Central Cambridge. They are looking for a highly organised, personable and efficient Events Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Typical duties include:

  • Managing a full programme of events (UK and overseas)
  • Creating invitations, menus, seating plans, guest lists
  • Carrying out risk assessments
  • Managing budgets
  • Attending all events to ensure they run smoothly
  • Post event analysis

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within event management essential
  • Strong communications skills
  • Exceptional organisation and planning ability
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with MailChimp and SurveyMonkey desirable
  • Educated to A-level standard
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude
