I am delighted to be partnering exclusively with this innovative, international bio-pharma business in their search for an Administrative Business Partner to support their HR and Legal Team. Hybrid working - 1 day WFH per week

Based at their offices in Granta Park, you will work closely with the Head of Operations and other Admin BP's to provide a comprehensive admin support service including

  • Administrative Support for HR & Legal teams: Assist with various administrative tasks such as raising PO's, electronic filing, data entry, mail merge letters/ documents, expense reports, and maintaining databases.
  • Calendar Management/ Event Planning: Schedule and organise larger internal meetings and external meetings. Booking lunches as required. Support events run by Charity Committee and Inclusion Council.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary preparation.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Meeting Support: Organise and attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Reception Cover: Cover Reception duties on pre-agreed days.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Site Ops Team Support: Cover for the other Admin Business Partners during holiday or time off.

Ideally with experience as either an Executive Assistant or an Administrator in either an HR or Legal team, you will be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior leadership and external partners.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
