This is one of the most exciting EA positions in the Cambridge area, supporting the CEO, where the importance of having a trusted EA is really valued.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Executive Assistant to join this forward-thinking and ambitious team - every day will be different and tasks will be broad, including:

  • Managing agendas for the CEO
  • Directly managing email inbox ensuring emails are prioritised and responded to when appropriate
  • Preparing board packs, presentations and pitch decks
  • Using the internal database/CRM to track, categorise and update information
  • Organising events
  • Office management
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Drafting, reviewing and sending communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Organising and preparing for meetings
  • Taking detailed phone messages and answering phone calls

Experience of working as a EA or PA is essential.

Organisation and communication are key components to the success of this role along with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and excellent attention to detail.

This is a super opportunity to support a busy CEO, whilst having autonomy over your own projects.
