- Maintain and organise diaries
- Coordinate all Executive team and board member travel arrangements
- Prepare, submit, track and review expense reports
- Coordinate large meetings and events
- Arrange conference registrations and membership renewals
- Support the CEO and Chief of Staff with preparation and distribution of Board materials
- Draft and proofread correspondence
- Other admin and change management projects
- Ideally previous EA experience within a start up biotech company
- Confidence liaising at all levels
- Excited by the thought of joining a fast growing team
