Working closely with clients, you will use cutting-edge technology to streamline their financial processes and provide them with valuable business insights, whilst also overseeing and supporting trainees and account associates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Collaboration: Supervise and support Trainees and Account Associates in their tasks, ensuring all client needs are met.
- Client Management: Manage your client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial reports.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare management accounts, VAT returns, and payment runs, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Technology Use: Leverage cloud accounting software like Xero to drive efficiency and provide real-time financial insights.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve services and streamline workflows for clients, enhancing profitability
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualifications: AAT qualification (essential).
- Experience: Experience with Xero or other cloud accounting platforms.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Mindset: Proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
