Audit Manager (Not-for-Profit Sector)

Are you an experienced Audit Manager looking to specialise in the rewarding not-for-profit sector? In this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of prestigious not-for-profit clients, including charities, social enterprises, and educational organisations. You’ll lead audits from planning to completion, mentor and support junior team members, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities:

• Managing the audit process for a varied not-for-profit client portfolio.
• Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring high standards.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the team.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting business development initiatives within the sector.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Significant audit experience, preferably with exposure to the not-for-profit sector.
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
