In this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of prestigious not-for-profit clients, including charities, social enterprises, and educational organisations. You’ll lead audits from planning to completion, mentor and support junior team members, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Managing the audit process for a varied not-for-profit client portfolio.
- Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring high standards.
- Providing technical support and guidance to the team.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting business development initiatives within the sector.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Significant audit experience, preferably with exposure to the not-for-profit sector.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
