Our client, a leading and innovative firm within Cambridge, offering top-tier accounting and business advisory services, is searching for a motivated and client-focused Corporate Finance Executive to join their growing Corporate Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting sales, acquisitions, and M&A transactions.

Assisting with due diligence and financial data analysis.

Preparing valuations using methods like comparable analysis and DCF.

Researching potential buyers and acquisition targets.

Managing M&A project processes and client presentations.

Delivering professional, confidential client services.
- Support with Business Development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Have (or be close to having) one of the following qualifacations: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, CFQ, MBA.
- A keen problem-solver with strong communication skills.
- A passion for Corporate Finance and a willingness to learn.
