Corporate Tax Manager Cambridge Hybrid £50,000 - £66,000

A leading, Top 50 firm of accountants is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Corporate Tax Manager to play an integral role within its dynamic tax team. This senior role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key client relationships, drive the delivery of complex tax projects, and help to shape the future of its tax practice. You will work closely with partners and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that support both client and business growth, while providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

Role Responsibilities

  • Overseeing a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory services.
  • Leading and managing complex tax projects, including international tax planning, group restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Managing and mentoring team members, providing technical guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Reviewing and approving corporate tax computations and returns prepared by the team.

Personal Requirements

  • CTA or ACA qualified with relevant tax experience.
  • Experience in corporate tax, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
  • Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide strategic advice on complex tax matters.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
