Pure are working with a growing B2B SaaS organisation who are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations, and help shape the business as it continues scaling across global markets. You’ll step into a pivotal position, managing everything from billing, payroll, and reporting, to budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. The main duties are as follows - - Manage all accounting operations including billing, AR, AP, Payroll, Revenue recognition, expenses, bank reconciliations, VAT returns and payment runs- Prepare and publish monthly group consolidated management accounts- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting- Run the quarterly budget planning process- Develop and document business planning processes and accounting policiesYou must have experience of working in a finance management role and have experience with UK VAT returns, intercompany accounting and tax computations.You will also have strong Excel skills and ideally have previous experience of using Xero. Benefits package:- Private medical insurance and life cover- EV salary sacrifice scheme- Share options & enhanced parental leave- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off- Fully remote working and regular team get-togethers- Flexibility on start and finish times- Supportive, growth-focused company cultureThis role offers remote working but you will need to be based locally to Cambridge to ensure you are able to attend regular company meetings.
