We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to join an innovative, fast-growing tech start-up based in Cambridge.

This newly created role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in the company's expansion, as they have recently launched a new entity in the US, as well as a strong UK growth pipeline ahead. It's an exciting time to join, contributing to the future success of the business.

As the Finance Manager, you will be integral to the continued growth and efficiency of the finance department. Working closely with the CFO, you will help implement key compliance measures, financial controls, and strategic initiatives that support business expansion.

You'll have full ownership of your responsibilities, including managing month-end reporting, overseeing balance sheet controls and reconciliations, providing financial analysis for planning and forecasting cashflows, preparing annual budgets and financial models, supporting the preparation of statutory accounts, managing tax return procedures, handling VAT reporting, and leading various projects aimed at process improvements.

We are looking for candidates with an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, and experience in a high-growth or start-up environment would be highly regarded.
