Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing Location: Cambridgeshire (3 days onsite per week) Salary: Competitive Type: Permanent, Full-time Our client a rapidly growing manufacturing business in Cambridgeshire is looking to hire a Finance Business Partner. This role is focused on operational finance, with a key focus on standard costing and supporting site-level performance. The position works closely with the Site General Manager and manages a small finance team. Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Lead and manage standard costing processes
  • Partner with the Site General Manager to support operational decision-making
  • Manage a team of 3 finance staff
  • Support monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
  • Identify and drive cost control and performance improvement initiatives
Skills and Expertise:
  • Qualified accountant ideally in CIMA
  • Strong background in manufacturing or operational finance ideally within food
  • In-depth knowledge of standard costing
  • Proven experience working with senior operational stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable working onsite 3 days per week#
