Pure are currently partnering with an international charity who are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their team in Cambridge.

You will be joining an established team that believe in a supportive working environment and feel passionate about the work they produce. The role offers hybrid working which will be 2 days in the Cambridge office and the rest worked from home.

This position will report into the Financial Planning Manager and will take responsibility for looking after one of the key business units, the main duties are as follows -

- Support on the preparation of the management accounts both globally and regionally
- Ensure project managers that have budget responsibility are supplied with accurate and timely financial information
- Work with the project teams to help provide actions to mitigate financial risk
- Support the UK audit process and assist with the UK statutory accounts preparation
- Support the audit process for some international offices
- Support in improving financial understanding and awareness of staff members with budget responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be part or fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA ideally, but qualified by experience will also be considered, you must have proven business partnering experience within a commercial or charitable environment.
