Henderson Brown Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with our client a well-respected leader in Food Manufacturing who is seeking a commercially minded Head of Finance to form part of the Senior Finance Management team.
This high-profile role will come with responsibility for leading the site finance team and driving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to
* Lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance review processes.
* Provide insight into commercial, operational, and financial performance.
* Ensure the accuracy of financial reports and compliance with business reporting timetables.
* Collaborate with the site leadership and group finance to drive business performance.
* Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Champion the budgeting and forecasting processes, and manage ERP system improvements.
Essential Requirements:
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with 10+ years of experience.
* Proven track record of leading finance teams and driving process improvements.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to all levels of the business.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in ERP systems and financial reporting.
* Background in FMCG, with a strong understanding of commercial and operational aspects.
