OverviewWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our organization as the Head of Finance within the Health & Leisure industry. This pivotal leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing robust financial strategies that align with our long-term goals and objectives. The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective management of our financial resources. The Head of Finance will collaborate closely with various departments to evaluate new business opportunities, prepare budgets, and manage investments effectively. This role is role is pivotal for the owners as they have multiple companies which they will need assistant and advise on.

Responsibilities

路 Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.

路 Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

路 Manage budgeting processes and forecasting activities to ensure financial integrity.

路 Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and the board of directors.

路 Ensure compliance with all financial legislation and regulations.

路 Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.

路 Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience in the leisure, travel, or tourism industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in financial planning and analysis in a dynamic environment.
