Hays are recruiting a Senior Manager for one of the UK's leading integrated wealth management and professional services group.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • You will be involved in business development of existing and new clients as well as potentially developing a specialist field of technical and/or sector knowledge and expertise.
  • You will work closely with shareholders and founders of OMB's and will be involved in advisory work across shareholder level planning work,corporate reconstruction, transactions, succession planning, sale planning.
  • You will manage a portfolio of corporatecompliance clients

QualificationsEducation/Qualifications:

  • Qualified Tax Advisor (CTA)

Key Experience/Skills:

  • Significant corporate tax experience gained within the profession
  • Technically capable tax adviser who is able to manage complex client work
  • Demonstrable experience of managing people and clients
  • Existing business development skills and appetite to grow business
  • Project management experience
  • Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
