A very well renowned and reputable client of ours in North Cambridge are looking for an Interim Shared Service Manager to cover a secondment onto a project. The role will require full commitment, offering a well balanced hybrid working pattern of 3 days In the office and 2 days WFH, if desired. The role will pay up to £60,000 per annum.

The Role:

  • Performing Payroll sign off's (approx. 13 per month)
  • Preparation of monthly dashboards for Shared Services
  • Preparation of monthly reporting across Shared Services
  • Preparation of Payment Terms reporting for review by the Head of Finance Shared Services
  • Shared Service journal and Miscellaneous payment approvals
  • Review and approval of Accounts Payable/Contributor Payment Proposals
  • Preparation of Cashflow Target documentation for Treasury
  • Regular review of the aged creditors/debtors and blocked documents reports highlighting areas of concern to the relevant business stakeholder
  • Performance of pre-billing checks
  • Review and sign off of various figures, reports, credits and debtors.
  • Escalation of BAU issues

Experience required:

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Good knowledge of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Practises and procedures
  • Proven leadership skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible, Adaptable and Proactive
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
