Role Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients, providing high-level tax advice
  • Overseeing and leading the tax team, ensuring high standards of work and client service
  • Conducting tax planning and advisory work, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
  • Reviewing tax returns and complex computations for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
  • Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and handling enquiries

  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members, developing their skills and knowledge

Candidate Requirements
  • ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent experience in a similar tax management role
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in tax compliance and advisory services
  • Proven track record of managing a client portfolio and leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of personal and corporate tax regulations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience with tax software such as Iris and Microsoft Suite is desirable
