Finishing Manager

Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a well respected Main Contractor in assisting them with finding an Internal Finishing Manager for their new build residential project in Cambridge.

The project is split between 4 towers, circa 40 units per tower. You will be working in one tower alongside a Senior Site Manager getting units ready for handover.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 years site experience
* Sound working knowledge of relevant site activities
* Proven experience of seeing a task through to completion
* Proven experience in supervising site activities or similar
* Appropriate CSCS card
* SMSTS certificate
* First Aid at Work certificate
* Basic IT skills
* Experience working on a residential projects (Essential)

You will be responsible for;

• H&S Management
• Review and approve RAMS
• Snagging/De-Snagging
• Monitor works for RAMS /Safety Management adherence
